It was a terrible day outside but there were tons of town wide and subdivision garage sales around the area. First I found this Hoover Elite for $4. It just needs a belt. Unfortunately it came with no attachments. The next garage sale I went to had a Filter Queen D31x with just the hose, crown, and dusting brush for $5, and I was going to get it, but as soon as I spotted it and was walking up to the driveway, a lady was walking out with it because she got to it first! This had really upset me. Next is a Hoover Quickbroom that I found for a dollar. The Panasonic is something I have wanted for a long time. It runs pretty good, and it is TINY! This vacuum is seriously so small. It came with the hose, crevice tool, upholstery tool, and wand, all for $7. That same garage sale had an Electrolux LX for $50 but all it had was the vacuum and a replacement hose. So what a rip off that was, obviously I left it, as I have one anyways. Lastly is a Dirt Devil Platinum Force Hand Vac. I found this for $5 and I only got it because I have the matching upright, and these are actually pretty good hand vacs!

I had one of those exact elites years ago. It was given to us by my grandma. I remember as a little kid using it to vacuum my grandparents house.

It was an honor to use it!

until I broke the handle release. It was a pain to deal with after that. Eventually we got it and somehow it died.

I love the sound of them!!!!!! Also liked the tool set up on the side. Grey hose and off white tools.

Dirt Devil Platinum Force

I always liked the way the platinum force vacuums looked. The upright was on infomercials all of the time. Was there a canister?
