Please excuse my stipidity for asking this, as i know very little about Hoovers,,, how do you empty the bag on these Hoover Commercial vacs? Im assuming its just a dump bag, or is/was there a paper liner of some sort?
Im assuming to empty the bag you unclip the top and just dump it out or do you unhook the bottom of the bag somehow and shake?
What is/was the filtration like on these types of commercial vacs?

Yes Sir, This Does Use a Shake-Out Bag

This particular breed of Hoover commercials, which for this variation goes all the way back to the model 913 of 1949 (remember the original Hoover model 90 and 91 commercials of the 1930s, which had preceded this generation?), did have shake-out bags, a la all Kirbys prior to 1979.

For everything I know and have been told, the Hoover 90 actually came out in 1940 alongside the Hoover 60. The 30's machines were the older massive 900 series.
