That's a carpet pro
They are owned by the same Parent company as Simplicity/Riccar. They are primarily marketed as commercial machines. The one pictured is the old body design. Not much has changed on them though. They are made in China.

Looking at the tag it's a CPU-1 meaning it's part of the heavy duty, 2 wire "domestic line" the CPU-2s have a 3 wire cord

Carpet Pro is mainly for those that are on a budget or doesn't want to pay that much for a higher priced Simplicity or Riccar.
