Hey guys,
I was checking out vacuums on Amazon and found this Eureka (Notice the original old style E emblem too) cordless and I couldn’t help notice the fluffy brushroll that appears VERY similar to the Dyson (Fluffy) Soft Roller Head Cleaner. Like SO similar.. potential lawsuit by Dyson??
I had to laugh how the advertisement subtly points out the Dyson Cordless “Short Comings” without naming Dyson.... removable battery.... on and off trigger (unlike other brands), NO holding the trigger down (Like other brands)... Battery Life LED’s on the handle for easy visual guide.
I have no idea the suction, but it looks ok, like a “decent” simple cordless for only $150 bucks.... but it’s OBVIOUSLY Not as good as a Dyson, also I’d imagine it won’t perform anywhere near as well as a Dyson (V6, V7 or V8)
But my question is this for everybody...
Do you think vacuums like this and the Hoover REACT cordless... will they influence Dyson and convince them the customers WANT an actual ON/OFF without holding the trigger down AND we want an easily removable (and dual battery like Shark Ion) battery?.
Or will Dyson continue to do “their own thing” and ignore customer demands? I absolutely LOVE Dyson and I own about 20 Dyson products... BUT I miss the removable battery (and spare I’d bought) on my Dyson DC44 Animal... and I hate to admit it, but I prefer the trigger on/off of my Hoover REACT cordless which you just squeeze quickly twice and the vacuum stays ON, hands free. NO disrespect to Dyson as in my opinion they are still the VERY Best cordless.
Just some thoughts and wanted to share this unusual find in a new Eureka. Thanks
