i managed to fill the tristar bag up 1/2 way just vacuuming my house ( i vacuum every day with the Hoover model 63)

Impressive, eh? Fantastic vacuum cleaner,The Mighty Pig.
Of course you did, Tyler...a Compact/Tristar pulls a whopping 95" to 100" in a virtually clogless-until-filled-to-within-1/2"-of-the-cardboard-ring double bag vortex chamber. No upright such as a Hoover 63 can even come close to that kinda draw.
I see you don't have the recommended paper bag liner in there - best get some asap, available just about everywhere vacuum bags are sold.
And if I can gently & kindly mention, this post really belongs as a continuation of Thread Number: 7354

i know i need to get paper bags i just haven't found time to run amarillo (45 miles from where i live)
