The Handi-sweep

I came across this old hand held carpet sweeper called the handy sweep. It had RCA written on it so I’m guessing it was a promotional product. Work well for picking up crumbs. Thought’s?

No idea...

At first, I was thinking it was a record cleaner to use with a turntable, but the appearance of the bristles makes me think otherwise. The RCA logo makes me think it's some sort of an imprinted promotional item, a tschotske given away at a trade show or something like that. Who knows?

A tool from a bygone age…the Handi-Sweep

This might actually be a table butler, used to clean the crumbs off the tablecloth of a dining table in restaurants & finer homes.
