I'm so sorry that this is late, but I have been pretty busy, but without further ado, on July 24th, My girlfriend and I set off for Jae Devine's home in Witchita, Kansas from Kirkland, Washington in a rented 2017 Chevy Sonic Turbo loaded down with vacuum cleaners. We made it there on the 25th and had a lovely first night and a load of play time with Jae's lovely collection. After dinner, the house tour, and some talk, we went to bed. The next day we were treated to an extensive tour of historic Witchita and paid a visit to the history museum. Later that night, we all pitched in to make a delicious dinner of enchiladas and baked apples. The next day we headed out to Freds Vacuum Hospital to see the barns full of older machines. However. They had sadly thrown all of the hoard away 6 months before. From there, we traveled to Tom's Vacuum Museum in St. James, Missouri. For the short time we were there (we got there 15 minutes before closing), we had a lovely time and got to see some amazing machines and had a great chat with Tom. The next day, we said our good byes to Jar and ventured to see Reggie Riddlen in Denver, Colorado to retrieve some vacuums and look his marvelous collection. Then after a long trip home, we made it safe and sound and look forward to doing it again someday.

I hope while you were in Wichita, Jae took you to see the Frank Lloyd Wright buildings. Corbin Education building at WSU shouldn't be missed.

Nifty Nut house, and Spice Merchant are also musts.
