Thanks, Scott. I never got a clear answer on that one. I know there are a handful of 28's out there that were sold (as a factory upgrade) with the Type W handisac and rayon outer bag. A club member was nice enough to post photos of it here at one time. It was still a more cost effective option than purchasing the TOL model 61. I suppose they may have offered the Handisac as an option on the 29 as well. Wonder if a disposable bag system was ever offered with the "special" models? Well, besides its brief appearance as the hygienisac in the early '30's.
