Hey!
I bought this amazing vacuum today. It is the first ever made vacuum with Philips brand. *This is from Philips website: "In 1951 Philips entered the floor care market by selling vacuum cleaners, produced by the Dutch manufacturer Van Der Heem. Philips made its debut into floor care in 1951 with the introduction of the SZ325 and SZ250. In these first years Philips sold vacuum cleaners produced by a local, Dutch manufacturer. In 1972 Philips integrated the Floor Care division". This vacuum works very well. There is 375W motor. It´s quite noisy but there is a lot of suction power.

Hope you like it=)
Best Regards
Markus

Same but Different!

Once again the simple idea of a tank vac and seeing that Europe is different.Great styling with the hand grip, matching attachments, cord wrap and more!

Beautiful machine. Its very similar to my Mistral (SZ28) Vacuum that was sold by Simpsons in 1949 and later by Simpson-Sears under the Kenmore name. Both were also made in Holland so I would assume it was the same manufacturer.

Incidentally the rubber piece that you have near the top of the handle should actually be at the other end. It goes over the top of the wand to make an air tight seal.
