Looks very much like

An Ohio Tuec, Stann had several of them, great machines, Very old, somewhere before 1920.

It also very much resembles a frantz premier which used that exact same GE motor. The Frantz Premier was Jim Kirby's very first production model upright vacuum cleaner in 1911. I wonder if the Eclipse is licensed under Kirby's patents as well?

Eclipse

I researched the company and they started calling themselves Eclipse Machine in 1902. In 1914 they started working with Bendix and manufactured brakes and what not. It appears it could only have been made between 1902 and 1914.
