A real Kirby Derby

Fun manual,I've always liked it and those tastefully coiffed ladies sipping their tea! Notice some photos are retouches, such as the hand portable pic.The bumper is dark because that's a 516 Kirby pic with a D80 belt lifter "painted "on!There are others too,but you get the point.Say,do you have the D50 manual to scan?

Okay, let me know, anytime, Alan!

So is that so? I wouldn't have expected they would use such an older machine! Sorry, I don't have the DS-50 manual...I don't even have a DS-50 yet! :-) I used to have the Sanitronic XII, though!

The DS80 book is similar to the DS50 one. With the Handy Butler show something that is scary to me-the grinding wheel put on the shaft without the guard-hope you aren't around if the wheel breaks! And using the Kirby bag to collect metal filings-alone may not sound so bad-but the sparks could ignite dust!Use the handi Butler with the sand and wire wheels and Dremel type bits but NOT the grinding wheel. The grind wheel sould be left in the Handi-butler unit where it is guarded. All in all pretty good!Love it-have two DS 80.
