Well, somebody had to do it.
Seriously, this is a plan to launch a debris gobbling satellite to find and "ingest" orbiting debris and then return it safely to earth. A way to clean up the cosmos, I suppose.
I do wonder, however, if Miele is one of the subcontractors for the debris sucking spacecraft.
