So I was wiping down my Hoover Convertible today. When I unzipped the bag, A LOT of Sugar was on the outside where the spring is. I mean, the sugar literally did not go into the bag. A huge mountain pile of sugar was outside. I came to a huge shock too that the bag detached itself from the spring. I had to clean up that huge giant mess. I tested the Convertible with Sugar back in December, so it has been that long. I also noticed a nail in the area where dirt comes in, it's hard to explain, the pipe that brings the dirt into the bag. There was a nail in it and it poked a hole. Now this explains why it has bad suction. I had to clean up then huge mess with my best vacuum, the Hoover Wards. When I put it on top of the huge pile of sugar, the motor slowed down and then sped back up. And as I was putting the vacuum back into my closet, I heard something move in the vacuum, like sugar possibly stuck in the fan or in the brush. I am going to take a look in my garage. Now I am worried I will have insects in my room and ants. I wonder if any stores have a service where they take your vacuum apart and do a complete clean on the inside. Now I am worried there might be sugar inside all of my machines. What do I do? I am worried now I will have ants and bugs in my room.
