Oh, and Jack, always love your videos! I'm surprised at how different the 912 and 912A sound. I love the 'thunk' on switch on with the 912A, have never heard either cleaner in action before though, so it's all good!

I got a bizzare add on my old you tube profile, some german guy who seemed to like vacuuming himself than vacuuming carpets, shall we say..

one can only imagine what he did with my hollandia video.

Has to be a joke, since in the video, I'm wearing my battered old grey pyjamas, which I can't see anyone finding remotely alluring...if I thought they were, I'd wear them more often...

Si - Glad you liked the videos! Not nearly as professional-looking as yours, though! The I think the 912's motor is better than the 912A's - the commutator's not so good in the 912A, despite having been cleaned with a proper abrasive stick. The 912A's consequently a lot louder.
