Chris,

Awesome collection, you have some nice stuff.

Sorry, but I don't have a shopping list of stuff I need, I'll just admire the pics.

Chris, Thanks for any help you can give me. Looks like we're both after the same rare bird as far as the red and white Connie goes. That's a Canadian model isn't it? Till I hear back from you on the attachments and the other pics of the GE Swivel-Top, I'll just admire the great pics too. Later, Trg

Chris, awesome collection. I too would like to know what part of up state NY. I have family in NE Ohio. So could take
some time to go your way, if not 3 or 4 hundred miles away!

Red/White Connie

is model 434, promo model 1962 ONLY.
The colors are canton red and pearl white.
About 25,000 made.
Thats probably the rarest of the Connies.

What a wonderful treasure trove....

Chris,

I am just in awe of your collection. Many of us here do not have such a varied, and unique collection as you have. You seem to have a little bit of everything. It must have taken you years to amass all of these things. Congratulations!!!

I too do not have a shopping list of things that I need, and have instead enjoyed the photos as well, and wasn't aware that the point needed to be stressed, however it should come as no surprise that when you show what you've got theres bound to be a few requests here and there.

At any rate, good to see that there are a few places left where there is a "possibility" of finding that needed something if need be....and if offered...

Chris,

looking good. that was back when you had the shop on 148 madison before 124 madison st. hah, I thought that was a lot before I started getting deeper into the store when we were cleaning it out. nice post, people seemed to love it.

Signs

I love your round Eureka and Hoover signs. Have you thought about having replicas made? (I'd be willing to pay around 29.95 for a replica of either, and I'm sure others would also)

Chris,

Just curious, is the store at 124 M. larger than the location at 148 M? I helped a friend move his electronics/speaker repair shop after him being there 30 yrs. He also wanted to inventory everything as we moved to new place. How long did it take you to make the move? Took us 3 months!! Billy

Chris

Joe (Kassock)  was throwing around the idea of a visit there soon.

Perhaps you'll host your own mini meet.  Seems like they're being planned everywhere!

Everyone from near  and far will come.  Well, they'll say they'll come.

All the hype.. all the excitement...  don't you just love it?

Electrolux

I grew up around a light green Elextrolux model G, it was a good machine for a canister, I had keept it after mom had gotten a Eureka canister
