Cleaning out the shop and found 6 brand new Singer twin fan motors with fans attached. Part #644096-002

Does the "Twin Fan" design mean it uses one suction fan (impeller) and one fan for cooling or is it a two stage suction fan fan system?

it has 2 fans one on the left and one on the right both are for suction
