Shetland Floor Polisher Questions(PLEASE ANSWER!)

Okay, well i found a shetland floor polisher. It looks to be pretty old; its pink. So, here are the questions:
1) How old is it?
2) Just like on Kirbys, can you use it to fluff up carpet nap?

Any double disc scrubber/polisher like this is unlikely to groom the nap back to perfection without the special nap lifter discs such as the Electrolux triple disc polisher has but it will definitely scrub & clean carpets, and once dry a basic power nozzle or upright vacuum will fluff up those fibers.
The Kirby uses a wide horizontal brushroll to perform it's nap lifting magic.

How old is it?
