It's not false advertising. I almost every plastic vacuum has similar stickers. The warning labels are like a void the warranty stickers.
It is kind of funny but with all the legal issues it's necessary.
If you get a new car there is a bazillion warning labels especially towards California. If your car drives next to one made or from California it may cause cancer.
Its on everything legal department puts it on vacuum and marketing slaps on the sticker. If you are going to pay attention to anything it's not the fine fine legal print.
