Have recently acquired a Hoover Junior 119 plus the original tools in a great condition plus box off Ebay and would like to service the motor .If anyone has any hints and tips over taking the motor out this would be much appreciated .The serial NO is KG283361 .I am well used to the 1334 models aspect of servicing but am wary of tackling the 119 as wouldn't want to break anything due to the availability of spares !!!

Its very easy! I have the service manual somewhere, I'll scan it in for you.
If it does go Pete tong, I've got a parts 119 you can have bits off for the cost of a stamp.
