I saw an ad on Craigslist the other day for a "2 yr old Kurby" with no photo and didn't really think much of it. A few hours later I had a weird feeling about it so I ended up emailing the seller and asking for a photo. I was surprised when it turned it turned out be a Sentria 2. The price was fantastic I just could not pass it up.
I met the lady and she told me that she paid two grand for it two years ago and then moved to a house with all hardwood. Of course the vacuum smelled like a carton of cigarettes and needed a very heavy cleaning, but it ran flawlessly. It came with the shampooer and not any of the other attachments. She said she'd call if she found them. (How do you misplace an entire plastic carton of attachments?)
After a couple days of work and a freshly laundered bag, I have a near perfect Sentria 2!
Although it's just about the same as the original Sentria, I really do like it with the retro yet very modern design on the bag, especially the electric blue.
