It works perfectly. It works as good as it does new. But even when they were brand new, they were still crap. Just like all other simplicity and Riccar machines.

Hmmm.. my mom has a Simplicity Synchrony upright and other than the tiny toy tools, it works great at cleaning carpet. And talking smack about the vacuums you ask too much money for isn't good business. If they are crap, why did you acquire it?

I just can't get past the spewing of dogma and regurgitation of the advert from the telly last night. Not one bit of actual experience but one hell of a lot of opinion. "I saw it on the interwebs, it's TRUE I tell you, it's TRUE" Just makes me chuckle because I'm old enough to know what is going to happen and how hard the slap of reality is going to be... and one tries to nudge, cajole, and guide, but at the end of the day, some folks have to burn their fingers on the hot stove.

I'll have a detailed teardown report on the Simplicity soon enough. I think it goes in front of a couple of other projects just to get some experience on something different. Who knows, I might even like it. Then we can have the big high desert suck off, Kenmore vs Simplicity vs Electrolux. Maybe I'll invite some friends, run whatcha brung. Stay tuned kids!

I actually get them all for free or very cheep. Then I resell then based on the price for a new one. I normally sell them for half the original price. That is after I rebuild them. If it's in poor condition then it's more like 1/3 the original price. And i bash the simplicity machines because I don't like how well they clean. I get them in for repair fairly often. Not as much as the Dysons and sharks. But they still can't withstand heavy use. They also don't clean that well. I find that it can clean up regular dog and cat hair, but if you have more than one dog it wraps around the brush roll and doesn't pick anything up. It also feels cheep. When pushing it around on carpet it feels like it's not working. This is all my opinion. If you don't like it then don't respond.

Oh and I have listed them for cheep on Craigslist. Same as my dysons and sharks. All on craigslist.

Don't buy for him SCAM

I sent him 120 for a vacuum and never got a reply so I went and called the number he gave me it was fake !!!!! Idk how he thinks he could get away with this lucky I got my money back from the credit card company but don't send him any money at all
