Can't you get adapters so you don't have to cut the plug off?

There are such things but only made for Shavers which means the fuse is not high enough to run the vacuum, I had an adapter where you put the 2 pin plug inside it but that still would not work as the plug has to be flat and the whole thing would not fit in the back of the vac when the cord rewinds so I cut the plug off and put a black one on that looks just fine by me

I didn't know how that worked. I have seen the guy on youtube, Ibasiac use and adapter; that's why I asked.

I also have K-series airbelt with the ET-1 powerhead.
Excellent vacuum for sure. My only complaint is that the suction/airflow starts to drop dramatically when the bag is half full.
Miele bags don't do that. Otherwise it offers everything what I want from high quality German vacuum.

I wonder if its because its a lower wattage motor? The Sebo K1 pet I have is a 2100 watt motor this new one is around 900 watts I will see how it goes as I have 3 dogs and a cat all shedding all the time I also have an X4 pet and that will keep sucking with the bag filled solid. I also have upstairs a Miele cat and dog that is an excellent vacuum but thought I would buy one with the powerhead and the Miele version was unavailable.
