Hi all, I've got this new to me 2024 Sebo 350 evolution that has a brush roll vibration issue and I for the life of me cannot figure out what's wrong.

I don't know what history this machine has,
as I bought it second hand but was virtually new. I've replaced the brush strips with brand new genuine ones as I thought this was the issue but hasn't solved it, it doesn't feel as though it's the end cap as when I press on it it doesn't stop the issue but I can feel on the hood (just before the lettering) excessive vibration.

Brush roll is clean, nothing wrapped noting clogging it, did have a look under the hood, bearings look and feel fine, no excessive play in the brush roll so am completely stumped. Doesn't make a difference on the height setting or carpet I still have this issue and have noticed it's started doing it (although not as bad) when the machine is upright and not touching anything.

Any ideas? Many thanks in advance!

I did see someone else on YouTube that had the same issue with an et1, it seems to be the belt. If you have a Sebo repair center near you, I would have them figure it out.

I never even gave that a thought 😅 thank you. I don’t believe I have one close to me, but I can always have a tinker and see if it sorts it.

Solved! If anyone else has this issue, it could be the little metal support bits on the base plate. Mine were loose and causing the issue, gluing them down has resolved the issue.

Much more pleasant to use now thankfully!
