Love the old catalog pics. And there's moms 57 Kenmore Horizon, the first vac I remember as a kid... she used it well into the 80's and afterwards it sat downstairs in the laundry room as a basement vac.. Of course when I moved back here in 06 it was gone... I was to say the least a little upset.


And here's the Simpson-Sears store it was bought at. In the 70's they added a second floor. This store was our towns first "suburban" not downtown department store and is also now gone, demolished and a new Sears built out in mall-land.
