Did you know that the RED color bumper was really first introduced with the wide Scott and fetzer sanitation system nozzle ? They did that to match the lock lever on the Emtor. It was made of leather like material.it was not really durable and was ditched in favor of the rubber bumpers . Early bumpers like the one that came before had a black lace bumper or no bumper at all . The wide nozzle is shown here incorrectly as the front axle needs to be removed before use .[this post was last edited: 5/21/2024-21:13]

I was hoping for others to share their early Kirby’s as I’m looking for more info . Please feel free sharing your knowledge :) it will help me piece together important information before it goes on my site , thank you
 
The

Axle is a straight axle with wheels. I'm guessing 1%4 piece of metal would fit the bracket. Drill pilot holes for locking pins. Maybe have a buddy tac weld something behind the wheel so it doesn't move left to right.
The last 6 you might want to keep .
