Scenes from the Balcony on a Saturday Morning

It's a beautiful, balmy day today. As I was having breakfast on the balcony I was looking around enjoying all the varied vistas. I fetched my camera and captured a few of the scenes before me.

I hope all-y'alls are having a beautiful day as well. I hear that the weather is letting up on the East Coast finally. Good news, I'm sure!

Right now here in Scotland the rain and winds are battering our house, but I am sure we will get sunny days at some point.

Very nice there-My Mom has being saying they are having good weather-She lives in the LA area.In pix#4 noticed the streetlight-yes the light-looks like you have LED cobrahead lights!How well do they do?We have them at our transmitter site-much better.I do have some of the old mercury lights in my collection-got some before the scrapper did.Enjoy them at home!!Something about mercury light that I like.Other "Flashoholics" like it.

Nice pictures. I went to the beach an hour from my home. I have always wanted to see the beach in the winter. The last picture is of the crab apple trees at the end of May last year. Things will have to warm up a little bit before then

But,  it's a 35 degree heatwave here today.  It snowed this morning while I wsa church.


  I am tired of it all by noe.  It IS MARCH.  Soon,  very soon,  it'll be nice again.

We here in the Central Valley

Are in desperate need of rain and snow pack in the Sierra Nevadas. Last servey there was only 6.7 inches of snow, when by this time of year there should be multiple feet of snow. Going into fourth year of drought. Too bad you guys back east can't send some of that out here to us. :-(
