I’ve have never seen this kind of a Sanitaire, Is it a rebadge or a clone of something, or a unique design of its own?

That's a commercial version of a Eureka Victory, they also sold a Whirlwind version of this and they also sold a blue residential version as well. Basically the plastic is stronger, the cord is longer with a cord hook that you can fold down, and the switch is on top of the handle.

I thought the overall shape looked like the Victory series, but I’d never seen one with the controls on top. Glad to hear they beefed it up a bit for commercial duty rather than just slapping a badge on it.
