Hi Mike - I've only seen these online so far, I've visited Comet and Currys, but they haven't been added to the lineups yet. They're only £88 from Amazon.co.uk, but I wouldn't like to invest until I've had a chance to look at one 'in the flesh'.

The lint-picker seems a gimmick to me; many ordinary brush-rolls are perfectly adept at removing pet-hair! Also, it seems from the manual page below, that you have to pull the cleaner over the pet hair first...so do you have to place the cleaner in front of the patch of pet hair, then pull it backwards, then push it forwards? By the time you've done that, you might as well have just made a couple of passes over the area with an ordinary upright!

While we're on the subject of Samsung, for any UK-ers who insist that stiff-bristle brush-rolls are the only way to go, both Samsung and LG do stiffer bristles than anyone else, including Sebo!

interesting, i thought the dual brushroll like the hoover savy, and various panasonics were vac history.

bissel has a flip down pet hair eraser on one of their uprights. have not tried one but cant see it doing much.

sad, even miele has jumped on the band wagon with its dog/cat vac.

Miele have been making their Cat & Dog model for years, and it's one of their best-selling models! Same goes for the Dyson Animal models. Why is that sad?
