Dear Vacumland members,
Firstly I would like to say Hi to everyone as a brand new member and thankyou to vacumland for excepting me on this forum. Please can any of you help me, my rugdoctor mighty pro x3 power reset button is stuck in the on position but the machine still does not work. Does White power reset button stuck in the on position signify a fault any of you are familiar with please. I have checked plug fuse which was fine, and I have checked for loose connections but could not find any, I'm stuck please help me find the fault to repair my rugdoctor mighty pro x3, so I can clean the carpet contaminated by smelly rain water that poured from a open window, you will know that awful smell rain water makes your coat smell like. It maybe the main power switch that has failed.

Or the plug end one of the wires is broken between the plug and built-in circut breaker on the cord set.

The reset button on the machine would pop out if tripped.

contact Rug doctor in the UK for help You can also get schematics on line with repair instructions as well.

I had to pull them from on-line to get to a blockage in the carpet shoe.
