Great suction, fairly nice hose and wand...really great power nozzle (Hoover Windtunnel). I'm not sure about the longevity- we sell a good many of those and haven't had a single warranty issue.

Correction, Chris, you haven't had a warranty issue YET.
Josh, if I was you, STAY FAR AWAY FROM IT!!! My local vac shop has gotten in TEN, thats right TEN, of the Hoover Windtunnel Anniversary Edition canisters....all of them with failed circuit boards inside the canister. As a matter of fact, the owner is considering contacting TTI and urging them to do a recall on the vacuum.
Considering this Royal Lexon S20 is a dressed-up version of the Hoover, I wouldn't buy it.

I'll have to get in touch with the other TTI warranty location (30 miles away). Between the two of us, we service an area with a population of about 767,598. Mine being the largest area (Columbia, Northeast Columbia, South Columbia, Forest Acres, Shandon) and his being the smaller area in Lexington. That's not including the small towns outside of Columbia that bring their machines into the "big city" to get warranty work.
Most of the time, we see Steam Vacs and 90% of the time- most things that cost under $150, sold in Wal Mart. I've had one Royal S17 canister come back with a random bad motor in the power nozzle.
