I recently took the time to clean and restore my Royal 7300. That's right Royal made a bypass machines similar to the Bernina branded machines.

I'm hoping somebody would be willing to share an original sales flyer from when this was sold back in 2004?

I'll post a video on it eventually.

Its strange and interesting to me that these existed and that someone made them for Royal. Imagine putting a dirt devil name on it.... that will give me chills when if it did happened.

@hooverman99 It makes a lot of sense historically when you look at it. They needed a modern bypass machine that wasn't the large monstrosity that was the power cast.

@lesinutah Have you used one? They clean extremely well.

What do you mean by "G6"

I felt these things were better than average cleaners, really, this is the direction I think Royal should have taken with their line. I honestly feel had they concentrated on these, and moved away from the all metal machine sooner, the brand may have remained relevant.

Yes

I have used quite a few of them. I think there above average. I'd say worse then Panasonics.
Kirby g 6.

@lesinutah it seems to be significantly more powerful than most Panasonic uprights that I've used.

It's got about 45" working vacuum which is over double that of the Kirby G6.
60" sealedvacuum that is over triple that of the Kirby G6.

This was Royal's middle of the line Protege model. Their low end one was a 7200 in blue but with the handle all plastic and no bag indicator light. And their top of the line one was a 7400 in grey but with the looped metal handle and it also had a clutch the shut the brushroll off. I think these were in my opinion one of the better metal bypass or clean uprights that were ever sold, I really liked them. But I did liked their Eminence line the best. Maybe kirbyloverdan has the original sales flyer that you are looking for since he has sold Royal before and also has the 7400 in his collection.

Kirbyloverdan

I am sure Dan will have all of the literature on the whole line up, he is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to Royal and can pretty much provide any and all info that one may seek!

Alex that cleaner came out beautiful and it was great seeing the vid you sent Reggie, Ryan and I. seems like such a powerful and effective cleaner.

Reminds me of so many different takes on that old Panasonic designe, or Sharp,or Kenmore, ect, ect. Handy to use, fair cleaners. Nice vid
