The thing about toys is that they get beaten up, chewed on, and broken, then thrown in the trash. Vacuums just get put in basements or attics. It's like... not really going to be that easy for you to find one. Not to mention, IF someone actually takes the time to sell a toy that they'd perceive as unprofitable, it's just going to be listed as 'toy vacuum,' not something specific, making it even harder to search for.

It's a toy vacuum, and like most toy vacuums they were made in limited qualities and bought by children that used them, abused them, and threw them out. It's a rare toy vac and probably was only sold to a specific country and not all of Europe. There's not much more information right now and there is nothing on the Internet about it either.

its a collectible piece for sure eluxfan71 has one but didnt put very clear pictures of it on the thread. i suppose someone has one somewhere in their attic cupboard or on a shelf but nothing has come up recently

there probably wasnt many made and the company probably didnt make much of them.
Ive seen on one of your other posts that you had one years ago so if you have not seen one since there might only be a very few left.
