Riccar Immaculate Canister (UNBOXING)

Oh yes, I can defiantly say it cleans better.

I've been using the Miele Capricorn for like two years.
I just used it yesterday in my regular weekly cleaning.

Today I tested my new Riccar (after unboxing) and ran it around the carpet (not a full cleaning) and there was dirt in the dust bag.
I thought there would be nothing since I just vacuumed yesterday.

So I can say it's better than a Miele.

Floor Nozzles

Thanks George. Let us know how the new bare floor tool with micro-pad works out for

you. It looks like a good idea. I only wish Tacony would offer a rug/floor tool with

the metal shoe like Wessel-Werk make. I can't tell do the new floor heads have the

parking bracket on them? I hope so as it makes it so nice to carry the extra along

and switch-out as you clean. Thanks for the pictures. Russ

Parking Bracket....

Russ...out of all the attachments, only the floor brush (circled in white) has a bracket built on the neck (circled in red) of the hose connector.

The adjustable wand itself also has a bracket that parks with the canister sitting upright (slot underneath canister) or at the rear of the canister (slot at the back of canister).

The dusting brush clip should be turned around, so that the clip is behind the wand. If you keep the dusting brush on the front of the wand, it tends to hit things as you vacuum. Whenever I sell a Canister here at Tacony's Factory Outlet Store, I always turn the clip around for the customer.

The 1700/1800 (Impeccable and Immaculate) are my favorite canisters from Tacony..

I can't wait until they put the new wands/hose ends on these machines. That way you can directly connect the hose to the power brush and the small power brush without any adapter stems.

After they do that, these machines will be perfect.

My first Riccar was a rebuilt 1700. I bought that before I started selling Riccars, thats actually what led me to my job I have now.

Congrats on this beautiful machine. If you keep the bags on correctly and change them when they need to be changed this machine will last you many many years! Make sure your dealer does your Red Carpet service for you. Don't let that slide by.
