Removing Hoover 450 Back Wheels?

Does anyone know how I can go about removing both of these? The one not on the side of the height adjustment is easy enough to remove, but the one on the other side seems to be stuck there, and it almost seems like I'd have to drill out some stuff to get it off.

The height adjustment doesn't seem to want to unscrew the whole way, either, but I'm thinking what I have to do has something to do with that...

I circled the part that needs removed to get the wheels off.
If you can't get it loose I would leave the wheels. You may end up breaking something.

Thanks for the reply, Les! Unfortunately, removing that didn't allow me to remove the wheels. I messed around with it a bit more, and eventually figured it out. I made a YouTube tutorial in case anyone else Googles this question and stumbles upon this thread!
