Seller was reading the patent date on the bag clip. Also what's with the old plastic beads? Better not be holding the bag on.

That looks a lot like my model 39 Regina pictured here with the attachments. And I agree with Kieran, date wise we're looking at closer to 1935, and definitely not worth the price.
