Would appreciate some feedback on a work situation- my company employs a person with a developmental disability who does light housekeeping and janitorial in an office setting. This person can be unusually hard on an upright vacuum. I have replaced two commercial Hoover units and now using an Oreck XL commercial unit. The unit switch has been a weak point for unit as it dropped more often than in normal operating conditions. I have kept it running for two years. It is a light unit / easy to use and vacuums satisfactory. Should it fail again - should I buy another similar Oreck? Or is there a better suggestion that might be more robust in this situation? The Oreck gets used 4-5 hours a week. Thank you. Please feel free to contact me off-line at [email protected]. Please let me know if there is a more suitable place to post my question. Thank you Gary K
