Rare Premier vacuum?

Hello,
I own an premier vacuum but unknown it looks like a smaller version of the spic span hand held the only numbers on the vacuum is 108-.

Nice machine. But the reason it isn't rare is two-fold. One, they were not used as much as a full sized upright, and so they last longer. Two, they were 'given' to a purchaser of an upright vacuum (during a promotion) instead of attachments. In fact, Premier championed the idea that, instead of attachments, you would use the hand vac for your dusting.
 
Have one similar to the machine shown.A fellow that worked at the transmitter site gave it to me.Said he used it as a child.His father worked for GE they had lots of GE appliances.The little vacuum works well as a hand vac.The freind said he picked up a nestful of wasps with it.And when he emptied the machine of course the wasps were chopped up.So THEY got stung!The freind retired from here several years ago now.The vacuum so reminds me of him.
