Note the rear axle (not just clip-on wheels), flip-open cord-winder, chromeplated rear cover, and, although there are no photos to show it, there should be a swiveling front caster.

Pretty rare bird, some collector should get this!

That's a great model 61, but I'm somewhat puzzled by the incorrect hose handle end from the pre-war XXX model, as well as the pre-war model XXX rug tool and incorrect dusting brush.

Obviously it's still suffering from the bomb bring dropped & gathered up pieces what it could find to look presentable

That rug tool

Is a early post war 30 rug tool, the dusting brush looks like a model 12 and Tom is dead on about the hose!
