This machine was manufactured in the USSR, I featured one similar a few months back. I wonder how it made its way to the US, as it dates from the cold war period?

I believe this to be based in the Universal design, in addition to the Remocco that Doug referred to, it was also manufactured here by Phoenix Jet Power
