This may sound like a repeat, but: I wonder if anyone who has had a Rainbow D2, D2A or D3A (the lattermost before 10/1/80) has ever tried using the chrome (real chrome) Vibra-Groomer I brush roll (the same type used in Eureka's so-called "Brandywine" Power Team canisters from 1980, as well as the TOL Sanitaire "red bag" uprights circa 1981-90) on the model R-1024 power nozzle?
I take this to mean, what was the performance you could get using the VG-I all-chrome brush roll, in the R-1024, and how did it handle corresponding to the D2(A) and D3A's own suction power (versus Eureka's own canisters' suction power)?
I want to know if you guys could recommend using the R-1024 with the all-chrome VG-I roll of the period (or circa 1984-90), since that was also the brush roll used on the most expensive of the Sanitaire commercial upright cleaners.
Thank you in advance,
Ben Edge (KirbyClassicIII)
