quiet hoover concept one

i keep hearing people say that the hoover concept one is loud but mine is actually pretty quiet and it sounds great! my hoover turbopower 4500 is louder than it. my concept one has a horizontally striped blue cloth bag, no power drive, a headlight, cord reel(not operational so i would like to know how to fix it) and a blue base. it works better than anything else in my collection(i only have about 11)
