Hi everyone, Happy post Thanksgiving!
I'm looking over Prolux's website and I was curious to know if anyone has purchased a Prolux CTX and if you have, what are your thoughts on it? Do you like it?
The Prolux CTX Canister water-filtration vacuum reminds me of a Vacman Vacuum from about 20 years ago that I had once purchased.

Thank you and Happy Holidays

I could be wrong

It seems to be a private labeled Ocean Blue there are quite a few similarities in design which makes me think this. though it appears they swapped the hose and power nozzle for something a little better with the Prolux than what is originally offered

799 is not a bad price! I saw it has a two speed switch? Very interesting. But I did read it mentions an “Italian” motor which makes me wonder if it uses a sirena type motor? Maybe the ocean blue also used these? My only concern with this is people complained about the noise level of those motors…

That machine is made in Mexico with the non-serviceable motor that many water vacuums use. The Company who manufactures this for Prolux also makes the Robot vacuum for door to door sales.

Wow....

If it's true that it's made in Mexico then I'm shocked and dismayed. Prolux's website clams that it's made in the United States! With a Lifetime Warranty! Wow... so many questions I have about who really makes it and where... and I've got to wonder if Prolux would honor their Lifetime warranty 20 years from now. I just really like the looks of it and the accessories offered with it especially that Wessel Werks nozzle. They are the cat's meow!
