A Kenmore Cleaning System badged version of the Singer Turtle, with the Spraymate attachment. It looks to have a GFCI device inline with the power cord. Guessing about 1996 vintage. This has to be just before Bissell bought out Singers vacuum line, because the Bissell made Kenmores have the Bissell Powerbrush from the Big Green canister cleaners.
