(Walmart) GE canister on eBay

I know Eureka made vacuums under the GE name for Walmart's line of GE appliances. But I haven't seen this variant of the canister before, I've seen a lot of the earlier dark/gray green colored ones, but not this one.

Was this made by Eureka too? The attachments look Eureka ish to me:

I believe this was one of the top canisters in Consumer Reports at the time, it performed very well especially given the price point it sold at Walmart.

The newer GE cleaner in the first photo is definitely not a Eureka or made in Europe by Swedish Electrolux. The power nozzle does not seem to be a Eureka either. Very cool design though! Kind of looks more like a Royal or Dirt Devil canister made in China.

The first one is also a Bissell canister design. I'm not completely sure that Bissell was the original maker though. I'll attach a photo.
