Is there anyway to convert a power-nozzle cord so I can plug it into a regular 120V house outlet? Now that I have my 50foot central vac hose, I'd like to use an electric power-nozzle with it. Any ideas?
Well I may be a little confused on that u r saying but if I am right and if u have a long cord that will attach to ur power nozzle already I know u could go to any store and but a male end to an extention cord and cut the end off the cord u have and just replace it. Hope I was some help. Zach
I took your advice and tried a Kirby cord. It is a little too big, BUT, an Electrolux XXX (model 30) cord does fit and turns on my nozzle! Sadly my cord is in the cord reel, so might just have to buy an entire new cord. I don't know if it's worth $25 though. Anyone have a used one for sale?
From their main page go to online catalog, then parts, then Fit-All and you will find a 35' power nozzle cord, standard ac outlet at one end and power nozzle male at the other end.
