I have one of these new in box, well....almost, I have used it for about 10 minutes, suprisingly if the vacuum has good suction, it works well, my Singer Golden Glide has one with it that has been well used, it works good with the Singer because it has a lot of airflow.

I've had a few of these come and go over the years. I think I've still got one that's white with turquoise trim -- the one that came with the Singer was color-matched two-tone brown and tan. It's fun to use!

I, too, have one of those. It came with my grandmother's Black & Decker Central Vac they installed in their new home in 1974. Although they also had a B&D Central Vac put into their previous home in 1964. Perhaps it came with that one and they took it with them when they moved? I have the box it came in, too. I'll have to find it and investigate further. Does anyone know how long that particular attachment was made?

My Moms house built in a "Levittown" in Camp Springs Md,outside of Wash DC had a BD central vac with a Precor power nozzle-loved using it-used it more than Mom!Worked so well on the stairs, too. She would still use her Hoover Dial A Matic vacuum downstairs-she didn't want to carry it upstairs-the Precor was essentually the "upstairs" carpet vacuum.Really liked the BD unit-had a bag you could easily replace-rather than dumping a bin.
