Now that's what I call timing! I just picked up a 3101 Concept One last Saturday at a yard sale for $2. It's identical to the blue one pictured. And my grandmother had the matching 3103 for 25 years. The brown matched the shag carpet in our house. Great memories!

Hello

I have a Hoover Concept One U3103. I found it in the trash in October 2002. I put a new cord/agitator/bottom plate on it and it runs like new! It looks rough though.

funny. the maintenance guy at my apartments found his concept (the one he uses for make readys and general cleanup) in the TRASH! he says he only had to replace the brushroll. it works perfect.
