Oreck XL3700

I found this listing on eBay of an Oreck XL 3700HH with extra Oreck bags. The seller wants $53.00 for it thats with shipping. I have been looking for an Oreck like this for years after my grandmother threw out this model and a 40TH anniversary edition. My price range is $50.00 or less, so i thought this was a good deal. The Oreck itself looks to be in fantastic shape and the bags it comes with are never used. Is it a good deal for me to buy? The picture below is what i would get.
