Hivemind, I have a couple of these and they do work well. What I see is a lot of dust accumulating around the power head/base. I noticed also, that it seems to be static holding it place.
What has your experince been?
I have an idea and I can let you know if it works. If dust/dander/fur is clinging and not getting sucked in, I could clean then spray some static "cling" spray on the surface, so the dust gets sucked into the vacuum.
