(VAX) "in the USA"
Was sold by Sears for a short time and offered to vac stores in early 90s.Later was a red Dirt Devil.Rarely seen then.Almost never seen now.

That would have been Singer and or Bissell.By the time the Vax appeared Sears had appliances with their original brand names.Some would be Sears only models as with at least one Hoover and a Eureka canister.

At one time I had a vax upright bagless in a pretty orange color come in my shop on a trade. I eventually sold it. I swear it was basically the same thing as the Bosh upright
